Why should I use your service rather than a garage or main dealer?

If I get my car serviced or repaired by you will it invalidate my warranty?

No, since the EC Block Exemption Regulation of October 2003 motorists have more flexibility in selecting where they can get their car serviced. Thanks to this legislation, maintenance and service work does not have to be done by the main dealer as long as the parts used are of OE standard (Original Equipment) 'Matching Quality' parts, and the manufacturer's service schedules are followed correctly.

Previously motorists were required to have their vehicle servicing and repairs at the main dealer so as not to risk invalidating the vehicle's warranty, but this has all changed for the better now so you as a customer can take advantage of reduced labour and parts prices,

What am I as a customer expected to do?

Will you stamp my service book if I get my service done from you?

Yes we will stamp your service book accordingly so that you are up to date with the maintenance of your vehicle.

Do you give receipts?

Yes we offer receipts for any works carried out by us.

Is there much difference from having my car serviced by you rather than the main dealer?

No the end result is the literally the same except you save loads of money and time.

Can you carry out servicing on any car?

Yes we carry out diagnostics servicing and repairs on almost all makes models cars vans and 4x4s.

Can you supply and fit original and or dealer quality parts?

Yes we supply various types of parts from different brands to different standards anything from a budget range to the higher quality Bosch and dealer approved parts range we have it all covered.

Can I call and book my car in on the day?

Yes if we have a slot available, our customers usually book a week in advance which is highly recommended as it helps better manage our jobs, however this is not a must and if there is a slot available we will book your car in on the same day.
